Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings are only confirmed when the deposit has been received.
2. Right of admission is reserved by the Management (at all times).
3. No admission after 10:00pm.
4. No drink, alcohol or otherwise, will be allowed into the premises.
5. Any alteration to layout – ie. decorations etc. must be approved by the General Manager.
6. It is not permitted under any circumstances to attach decorations to the painted walls.   Failure to comply with this rule will result in the forfeiture of deposit.
7. Responsibility for all damages to premises or contents will be for the hirers account.
8. Noise levels must be acceptable to Management.
9. No responsibility will be accepted for any loss/damage to any articles of clothing or other personal property.
10. Bookings which are cancelled less than four weeks prior to the function date will entail the forfeiture of deposit.
11. Bar is open until 12:30am.  Music available until 1:00am.  (Bar extensions available on request)
12. If a function is booked under false pretences, (ie a party booked as a 21st when it is actually an 18th) that party will be cancelled and will result in the forfeiture of deposit.
